Agbomhere
A renowned leader of the All Progressives Congress in Edo State, Omoalukhe Idanesi has congratulated Blessing Agbomhere on his emergence as the acting Zonal Chairman of South-South Zone of the APC.
The appointment was revealed in a communique made available to the public by the APC South-South leaders after a meeting in Abuja Secretariat, 29th April 2023.
Dr. Blessing Agbomhere was appointed as the acting Zonal Chairman of the party with immediate effect to replace the embattled Victor Giadom who was removed because of Anti-party activities.
Some of the resolutions made by the leaders of the party include:
(a) Refusal to call for meetings and scuttling every efforts to call for meetings by members of the Zonal executive committee to transact the political business of the zone
(b) The Zonal Chairman has refused to make use of the party situate at no 46a Orogbum Street GRA, Port Harcourt, Rivers State and has frustrated every attempt of any member(s) to use the office for the efficient running of the Zone’s political activities.
(c) The Zonal Chairman has consistently refused, aborted and frustrated every to hold meetings, to coordinate and strategize on how to win the general election in the zone and caused members of the Zonal Executive committee disunity and frustration in their personal efforts to winning votes for the party, and this affected the collective performance of the party in the Zone.
