Rising from the ministerial nominees list transmitted to the National Assembly by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR and unveiled two (2) days ago on the floor of the House of Senate, Prof. Ibrahim Ajagunna has congratulated Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo on making the list among other 27 nominees.
The renowned Professor who doubles as the Deputy President of Caribbean Maritime University (CMU) in Jamaica said he is pleased with the nomination of Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo and, to him, the news is not entirely a surprise, stating that his antecedent will always reinforce confidence in his capacity to deliver on any tasks connected with governance and public affairs.

While the nomination is still awaiting ratification by the National Assembly, Prof. Ajagunna has expressed confidence that Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo will add tremendous value to the government of President Tinubu and become very instrumental to providing enduring solutions to the various challenges facing the Country. He therefore urge the National Assembly to ratify Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo as a fully appointed Minister of the Federal Report of Nigeria.
Prof. Ajagunna finally wished Hon. Olubumi Tunji-Ojo more strength in rendering the required service to the country and humanity at large.
