Students from Akoko North West local government area of Ondo state have appreciated the National Program Manager, Grant for Vulnerable Groups, Apalowo Thalis for bringing education back to life in the local government.
This was made known at the presentation of awards for the first annual Essay competition sponsored by Apalowo in the local government.
The reports of the event as made available by the President of the students in the local government revealed how Apalowo has been supporting efforts to revive education in the local government.

Today 26th December 2023, Hon. Thalis Apalowo Olonite’s essay writing competition became a success. The prize for the winner of the competition was announced today at the youth Hall Ogbagi Akoko where Hon. Thalis was on set to present the prizes to the winners.
Having presented the winners of the election, the president of Akoko North West Student Union Government Olanrewaju Oluseyi appreciated Hon. Thalis stating that his benevolence act towards the student community in the local government and beyond is commendable and should be celebrated.
He added that the prizes are huge for the students at a time like this and it will go a very long way in helping the students academically. He said the student community will not take this act for granted come rain come sun.

While addressing the students hon. Thalis reinstated his love for the student’s community and promised to continue the program in a bigger way.
