The Chairman of Armstrong Engineering Limited, Engr. Ade Adewale, has expressed deep sadness and shock over the sudden passing of Hon. Tayo Oluwatuyi, the Secretary to the Ondo State Government.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Engr. Adewale described Hon. Oluwatuyi as a mentor, philanthropist, and exceptional leader who dedicated his life to serving others.
