I am writing to formally acknowledge and express my heartfelt appreciation for my appointment as the *Head of Artisans (HOA)* for *Ondo North Senatorial District* under the esteemed *Skill-Up Artisans (SUPA)* initiative of the *Industrial Training Fund (ITF)*.

This appointment is not just a personal milestone; it represents a collective opportunity to uplift thousands of artisans across Ondo North. I recognize the critical role the ITF plays in advancing Nigeria’s economic diversification and human capital development through skill acquisition and technical empowerment. I am committed to aligning with these goals by ensuring the effective coordination, mobilization, and representation of artisans in my district.
In fulfilling this role, I will:
– Serve as a strong link between the artisan community and ITF structures,
– Facilitate access to training and certification opportunities for local artisans,
– Promote accountability, innovation, and inclusiveness within all artisan engagement programmes, and
– Support all policy directions and strategies aimed at expanding the SUPA programme’s reach and impact in Ondo State.
I am also prepared to work closely with other appointees and stakeholders to ensure the full success of this noble initiative, especially as it contributes to national development and the dignity of labour.
