The ultra-modern facility is set to be officially handed over for commissioning on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
Before this intervention, the former Immigration office in Okitipupa was in a deplorable state – far below the standard expected of a critical government institution responsible for national security and migration management. It was an environment that neither inspired confidence nor reflected the dignity of public service.
