While the dust raised by the the supersonic and unprecedented engagement exercise initiated by Honourable Bode Obanla, the Senior Special Assistant, SSA to Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on Community Engagements across Ondo North is yet to settle, Gov. Aiyedatiwa has received an overwhelming commendation from the former Defence Minister,Prince Tokunbo KAYODE,SAN over the appointment of Hon. Obanla as SSA on Community Engagement to oversee the office in Ondo North.
Kayode who broke records as the most circulated Minister administering four Ministries showered commendation on Aiyedatiwa for his overall performance most especially appointing SSA’s on Community Engagements as building on a solid footing for good governance in the state; saying the creation and appointment of substantive SSA’s over the Office of Community Engagement to interface with the people of the grassroots is an enviable innovation.
And going by the various reforms already initiated by Aiyedatiwa that are not limited to teachers and Health personnel recruitment,agriculture and the Amotekun Rangers to secure the hinterlands.
Kayode reaffirmed his commitment to support Aiyedatiwa as a listening governor who demonstrated his understanding of the yearnings of the people with the appointment of aides to hold crucial and critical interface with rural dwellers.
He described Aiyedatiwa as an experience administrator, focused, pragmatic and ready to serve the people after going through and surviving fire of Ondo State politics.
This special commendation is coming at the heels endorsing the recent official presentation of the Compendium of Reports of conversation with over 67 Communities/Kingdoms by Obanla-led LG Engagement Committee to the OSSSACE Advisory Council.
Meanwhile,there have been a continuous wild jubilation across the rural communities and commendations to Obanla OSSACE Team over the prompt response of Gov. Aiyedatiwa to solve most of the requests concerning their various plights.
The Advisory Council is lead by Hon.Timilehin Adelegbe, member House of Representatives for Owo/Ose Federal Constituency as Chairman while Hon.Kolawole Babatunde, fmr.MHR and Special Adviser to the Gov.as Secretary with other highly respected personalities on board respectively.
