The 2nd Edition of the Annual NIGER DELTA STUDENTS UNION GOVERNMENT WORLDWIDE OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL PRO in CONJUNCTION with Femiola John Quiz Competition, held among public secondary schools in Akoko North West and Akoko North East, has come to a successful conclusion. The event, which aims to promote academic excellence and healthy competition among students, witnessed an impressive display of knowledge and intellect.
The preliminary stage of the competition saw a large number of public schools from both local governments participate, with 10 schools ultimately qualifying for the grand finale. The students were given the opportunity to showcase their academic prowess, and the winning teams were rewarded with cash prizes.
The winners of the competition are:
– 1st Position: Victory College, Ikare Akoko (#150,000:00)
– 2nd Position: Mount Camel Girls Secondary School, Ikare Akoko (#100,000:00)
– 3rd Position: Akoko Anglican Grammar School, Arigidi Akoko (#50,000:00)
The organizer of the competition Com. Dauda Femiola John congratulated the winning schools and commended all participants for their outstanding performance. The event was hailed as a success, and plans are already underway for the next edition.
