In line with the promise made by the Honorable Minister of Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, during his recent appearance on *Politics Today* with Seun Okinbaloye on Channels Television, the welfare of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members remains a top priority for this administration.
This commitment is now being realized through the ongoing disbursement of the increased monthly allowance of ₦77,000 to corps members, which has commenced as promised. This significant raise reflects the administration’s dedication to enhancing the living conditions and financial support for corps members, empowering young Nigerians and fostering an environment where they can contribute meaningfully to national development.
The Ministry is also collaborating with relevant stakeholders to sustain and improve initiatives that support corps members, ensuring their needs are met and their service year is impactful. The NYSC program will continue to symbolize unity, service, and progress for Nigerian youth.
