As Christians in Ondo State and across the world celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Majority Leader of the Ondo State House of Assembly and Member representing Owo Constituency 1, Hon. Oluwole Emmanuel Ogunmolasuyi, extends his warmest Easter greetings to all believers, wishing them a season filled with renewed hope, peace, and spiritual upliftment.
Hon. Ogunmolasuyi emphasised the significance of Easter as a time of reflection, sacrifice, and triumph over despair, reminding everyone that Christ’s resurrection symbolises the victory of light over darkness and love over hatred.
“Easter is a season that calls us to embrace the values of forgiveness, humility, and selfless service to humanity. As we celebrate this sacred moment, let us also rededicate ourselves to the ideals of unity, peace, and community development,” he said.
He acknowledged the contributions of Christians to the peace and progress of Ondo State and called on citizens to continue supporting one another with compassion and faith as the state advances under Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa’s purposeful leadership.
Hon. Ogunmolasuyi prayed for God’s blessings upon all Christian families, for protection, and for continued strength to contribute positively to society.
