The Y.K Support Group, under the leadership of its Convener, Engr. Yusuf Obafemi K (YK), has formally endorsed all candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the build-up to the 2027 general elections.
At a strategic meeting with the Honourable Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, the group declared its unwavering support for: His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR – President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, for a second term; Hon. Ifeoluwa Ehindero – Member, House of Representatives, Akoko North East/West Federal Constituency; Hon. Bolaji Fatai Atere – Member, Ondo State House of Assembly, Akoko North West Constituency I.
In his address, the Convener, Hon. Kamoru, described the Minister as a “Renewed Hope Catalyst” in the cabinet of President Tinubu, acknowledging his pivotal role in driving impactful governance. To symbolize the group’s commitment, he officially unveiled and presented specially branded vests and caps bearing the inscription: “BTO FOR PBAT, IFE, ATERE’s Continuity.”
Responding, the Honourable Minister commended the initiative, describing it as a laudable effort that aligns with the drive for continuity and consolidation of democratic gains under the leadership of President Tinubu. He assured the group of his solidarity and support in their efforts.
The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks by the Convener, who expressed deep appreciation to the Minister for granting audience despite his busy schedule, and reaffirmed the group’s dedication to ensuring the success of all APC candidates in 2027.
