A strong display of political unity and grassroots mobilisation was recorded in Ogbagi Akoko as stakeholders of Ogbagi Ward 6 rallied in support of the lawmaker representing the constituency, Ifelojuwa Ehindero, endorsing him for a second term in office.
The meeting, which brought together party executives and key stakeholders, featured an address by Bankole Mohammed, who commended the commitment and loyalty of legislative aides working with Ehindero. He praised their sustained grassroots engagement, noting that their efforts have contributed significantly to the visibility and impact of the lawmaker across the constituency.
Mohammed highlighted several achievements attributed to Ehindero’s tenure, including constituency projects, employment opportunities, and empowerment initiatives. He also referenced the lawmaker’s role in promoting the NELFUND student loan scheme, describing it as a major intervention offering renewed hope to students across the country.
In the same vein, commendation was extended to the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, whose leadership and performance were described as instrumental in strengthening public confidence and boosting the party’s prospects ahead of future elections.
