We have discovered the disgraceful actions of these so-called leaders in the constituency. Their aim was to weaken the strength and chances of the constituency by orchestrating an endorsement of a particular candidate, during a kangaroo meeting held recently by some selfish leaders.
Where are the respected political leaders of our constituency? Where are the influential figures, the elders, and the leaders of our great party? Have they lost their way? We are closely observing, and history will be the judge of all the buying and selling of politics that you are involved in.
The truth has been revealed, and the secrets have been exposed. When will you put an end to these charades and deceptive acts? You have sold your integrity and birthright for money. Do you think we are unaware of the orchestrated meeting recently, where you selected a weak candidate to compete against the anointed candidate of the dictator? When will constituency 2 wake up from this slumber and selling out syndrome? No wonder we have been subservient to our colleagues in the other constituency; you have all sacrificed our future for personal gain.
We, the concerned youths, call on all the youth in constituency 2 to recognize that the so-called leaders and aspirants in our constituency have betrayed us in the name of selfishness, deception, and lack of integrity. They have accepted large sums of money to choose an unpopular candidate to face the anointed candidate, ensuring an easy victory.
We strongly condemn this and challenge all the aspirants to come forward and tell us if they have not been influenced. We refuse to accept your proposed candidate to be unveiled hours from now. Let the primary process take its course. We reject your proposal.
Lastly, it is important for the leaders who have been the source of evil in constituency 2 to know that we are watching their every move, day and night. Any actions taken by the Abuja paymaster on constituency 2 will not be tolerated and will be rebuked by the “Alale” of constituency 2.
