His excellency, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa was greeted by an enthusiastic and massive crowd in Ore, while on his way to Igbokoda. This gathering wasn’t just a testament to Hon. Aiyedatiwa’s popularity but also a clear reflection of the people’s faith in the state’s leadership. Addressing the crowd, he outlined the vision for Ondo State’s future, emphasizing sustainable development, inclusive governance, and economic empowerment.
IGBOKODA: A TESTAMENT TO UNITY
The wave of support swelled as Hon. Aiyedatiwa made his way to Igbokoda, greeted by an even larger assembly of supporters. Meetings with party executives and notable APC Leaders across Ilaje Local Government underscored a united front for the Governor’s agenda for progress and prosperity in his Local Government of origin. These engagements highlighted a collaborative approach towards addressing the state’s challenges and seizing its opportunities.
CELEBRATION AND COMMITMENT IN SABOMI AND OAUSTECH
At Sabomi, Ese-Odo in Local Government, Gov. Aiyedatiwa’s presence at a significant ceremony further solidified his connection with the community. The journey continued to the Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH) for their convocation ceremony where the Governor not only celebrated academic excellence, but also commissioned a landmark project. In a move that underscores the government’s commitment to education and youth empowerment, Hon. Aiyedatiwa awarded an automatic employment to a graduate who distinguished themselves with flying colors, signaling a bright future for the youths of Ondo State.
ACCEPTABILITY IN OKITIPUPA
Gov. Aiyedatiwa paid an unscheduled visit to the Okitipupa-APC Leaders meeting, conveyed by Pastor Femi Agagu, immediate past Commissioner for Education in Ondo State and the meeting had in attendance notable leaders of the party in the Local Government; The Leaders declared their total supports for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and endorsed him as their consensus Governorship candidate ahead of the Ondo- APC Governorship primary elections.
ONDO KINGDOM IS LUCKY
Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo East and Ondo West Local Government Areas have publicly endorsed Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for the upcoming governorship primaries, signaling strong party support for his administration. At a gathering led by Hon. Abiola Makinde and attended by various local leaders, the collective praised Governor Aiyedatiwa for his developmental initiatives in Ondo, including significant investments in healthcare and infrastructure. In response, Governor Aiyedatiwa expressed gratitude for the endorsement, highlighting his administration’s achievements in maintaining peace, addressing economic challenges, and improving agricultural, educational, and infrastructural sectors despite nationwide hardships. He reassured ongoing support to farmers, the recruitment of school teachers, and the provision of a monthly wage award to civil servants, emphasizing the government’s commitment to enhancing living conditions in the state.
Even as Governor Aiyedatiwa has not officially started his campaigns, his first visit to his Senatorial District indicates that Elections are not won by the amount of money one spends in touring the entire 203 wards of the State but through the acceptance by the General Populace.
