Tears of joy, heartfelt prayers, and loud affirmations of continuity echoed across Akoko North East Local Government as the *Ifeoluwa Continuity Movement (ICM)* delivered a people-driven initiative, *“Ounje Arugbo”*, in honour of our distinguished *Member, House of Representatives, Hon. Ifeoluwa Ehindero, representing Akoko North East/ North West Federal Constituency.*
This impactful programme cut across *all wards of Akoko North East,* reaching *over 100 aged men and women*. As food items were distributed, emotions ran deep. Many of the elderly openly expressed their happiness, some with trembling voices and tear-filled eyes, declaring that they finally feel seen, remembered, and valued.
With hands lifted in prayers, the beneficiaries poured out sincere supplications for *Hon. Ifeoluwa Ehindero,* describing him as a son of the soil who has not forgotten the grassroots. They prayed for long life, divine protection, and greater wisdom for him, while boldly declaring their desire for him to return *as our MHR beyond the 2027 general election.* Their message was clear: a leader who remembers the elderly deserves continuity.
The programme attracted a massive turnout of party leaders, community elders, youths, women groups, and political stakeholders from across the local government, all united under one voice, *continuity of quality representation.* The gathering was not just an event; it was a powerful political statement of trust, loyalty, and appreciation for purposeful leadership.
“Ounje Arugbo” has once again reaffirmed that *Hon. Ifeoluwa Ehindero’s leadership is not seasonal but compassionate, not distant but deeply rooted among the people.* Through the platform of the Ifeoluwa Continuity Movement, his vision continues to touch lives where it matters most.
When the elderly speak, history listens.
When they pray, destiny responds.
Akoko North East has spoken clearly, *2027 is continuity.*
