A political support group, BTO Reliable, on Friday hosted a birthday celebration in honour of the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, drawing party leaders and traditional rulers from across Akoko.
The event, held in the Akoko area of Ondo State, brought together supporters and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate the minister’s life and contributions to the community.
Speaking at the occasion, the group’s coordinator, Otunba Oriky, praised the minister for his continued support and dedication to the group, describing him as a source of pride to the people.
“Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo is our son and a worthy one at that. We are celebrating him today because he has made us proud. We pray he continues to enjoy God’s favour,” he said.
In her remarks, the minister’s mother, Yinka Tunji-Ojo, expressed appreciation to the group for their prayers and unwavering support.
“Your prayers and support for Bunmi is appreciated. You all are the reason he is doing so well. Thank you,” she said.
The event was attended by several party leaders and traditional rulers, including Mofolorunso Samuel Adegboyega Arasanyin and Alhaji Oloruntoba, among others.
